Our Team

Pablo Hoyos co-owns the practice alongside his wife, Melanie. With over 19 years of experience in hearing aid fittings, distribution, and sales, Pablo brings extensive industry expertise and a deep passion for helping patients reconnect through better hearing. He has worked with some of the world’s largest hearing aid manufacturers and has traveled to five continents, gaining valuable global insight into hearing healthcare. Pablo is a professional member of the International Hearing Society and is licensed and board-certified in Iowa.

Pablo and Melanie live in Minneapolis with their four boys and their dogs, Rocky and Tank.

The Minnesota Department of Health licenses Sarah as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has apprenticed with Nationally Board-Certified Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Sarah obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and Leadership from the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University in central Minnesota. With her expert knowledge of hearing aid technology and a passion for the latest audiological advancements, Sarah instills confidence in her clients, helping them achieve the highest level of communication and healthy hearing.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family at their off the grid cabin in Ely Minnesota. She enjoys traveling the world, especially Europe. 

Sugar Gilbert went to Anoka Ramsey Community College for Liberal Arts Degree and St Catherine's University for Business Management Degree. Sugar combines her educational foundation with years of experience in the healthcare field. As a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser in Minnesota, she is committed to helping individuals enhance their hearing and improve their quality of life. Her professional journey is defined by a patient-centered approach, where she brings a blend of managerial expertise, empathy, and a deep understanding of how hearing loss impacts overall health.

 Outside of work, Sugar enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and their two dogs. She's an avid outdoors enthusiast, enjoying activities like fishing, hunting, camping, and gardening. This love for nature mirrors her approach of life - grounded, patient, and always looking for new ways to grow. 

Elena is a Patient Care Coordinator at our Minnetonka clinic, where is is passionate about helping patients feel supported and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from North Dakota State University and is currently continuing her education in Radiation Therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington.
Elens has always had a strong passion for healthcare and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of patients. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends on Lake Minnetonka and camping in Rochester MN.
